“In to Me, I See”

When you were a baby, you couldn’t do anything on your own. You needed someone to feed you, hold you, and comfort you when you cried. You stared into your parents’ eyes for connection and safety. You smiled – not because you got the joke, but because smiling made grown-ups want to care for you even more! From the start, getting attention meant survival.

Finding your Modern Day Boaz

Ok. Real talk: Have you ever made a “things I want in a guy” checklist–even just in your head? I definitely did. Mine included things like “must be 6’3” exactly… and drives a truck”. Even pop songs today are full of lists about the “perfect” guy. Baby Whisperer: Status Activated

Let’s prep, bestie!

Boyfriends + Big Feelings

Lately it seems like everywhere—at school, in group chats, during lunch, on the bus—someone is talking about crushes, almost-relationships, and decoding every little moment (cue the eye rolls!). And your friend group? A whole situation: “ARE THEY TALKING??” “Did he say anything today??” “Do we like him or is he giving ick??” It’s wild how one tiny crush can take over your entire brain!
